DESCRIPTION:ACEC New Hampshire has partnered with Gro-Nova to bring our members an Employee Retention – Stay Interviews Workshop. \nAccording to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics\, the Great Resignation has resulted in over 48 million Americans quitting their jobs during the pandemic. For A&E firms\, the cost of losing valuable people is dramatic due to the loss of clients\, quality\, and experience. Performing Stay Interviews\, an alternative to exit interviews is a powerful tool to help leaders understand why employees stay and what causes them to leave.
